This notice describes how MagicCooker S.r.l. processes the personal data of users who browse magiccooker.tech (hereinafter, the "Website").

2. Types of Data, Purposes and Legal Basis
- A) Navigation data — IP addresses, domain names, URI/URL addresses, request timestamps and other parameters of the user's system. Purposes: to ensure the Website works and to gather anonymous statistics. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- B) Voluntarily provided data — identifying and contact data (name, e-mail, phone) submitted via e-mail. Purpose: to respond to incoming requests. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
3. Processing Methods
- Data is processed using computer and electronic means, with logic strictly related to the stated purposes, ensuring security and confidentiality at all times.
4. Security Measures
- MagicCooker adopts appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure security appropriate to the risk (Art. 32 GDPR), including pseudonymisation, encryption, confidentiality, integrity and resilience of systems, and data restoration procedures.
5. Categories of Data Recipients
Your personal data may be disclosed to:
- Authorised staff of the Controller, bound by confidentiality.
- Service providers acting as Data Processors (Art. 28 GDPR): hosting, cloud, website maintenance, newsletter platforms.
- Judicial or administrative authorities, to fulfil legal obligations.

6. International Data Transfers
- Personal data is stored on servers preferably located within the European Union.
- Some service providers (cloud, hosting, e-mail) may transfer data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), in full compliance with Arts. 44 et seq. GDPR.

7. Data Retention Period
- Navigation data: retained for a maximum of 7 days.
- Contact data: retained for the time necessary to handle the request and for a maximum of 24 months, unless you object.
8. Rights of Data Subjects
As a data subject, you have the right to exercise the rights set out in Arts. 15–22 GDPR:
- Access — obtain confirmation of whether your data is processed and access it.
- Rectification — correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten") — obtain deletion of your data, where permitted by law.
- Restriction — restrict processing in certain circumstances.
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection — object to processing, in particular for marketing purposes.
- Withdrawal of consent — withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

9. Nature of Data Provision
- Navigation data: provision is necessary for the Website to function.
- Contact data: provision is optional, but failure to provide it prevents the request from being processed.

2. What are Cookies
- Cookies are small text files that visited websites send to the user's device (computer, tablet, smartphone), where they are stored and retransmitted on subsequent visits.
- They allow the website to remember actions and preferences (language, display settings, login data) so users do not need to re-enter them on each visit.
- They are used for authentication, session monitoring, and collecting usage statistics.

5. Analytical Cookies in Use (with consent)
With user consent, the Website uses Google Analytics to analyse traffic and improve content. The following are tracked:
- _ga — identifies unique users via a randomly generated ID. Duration: 24 months.
- ga<ID> — maintains the user's browsing session state. Duration: 24 months.
- _gid — short-term statistical analysis of user behaviour. Duration: 24 hours.
